Unopened & Unused Products Unopened and unused with the original safety seal intact products may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Opened or Used Products Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products, opened or used items are non-refundable and non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or issue a refund.
